Autumn Holiday Club

Back by popular request, we are offering 2 holiday club sessions in the October half term.

Due to our child-led approach, no two sessions in the woods are ever the same. What you can rely on is that there will be lots of laughter, playing and friendship forming. Your children are very likely to come home with grubby clothing, muddy boots and with muck and grins on their faces with lots of chatter and stories to tell you of their adventures.

Options to explore will be fire lighting; tool work; den building; knot tying and lots of nature craft. We will have the hammocks out; use the zip wire and the new ninja warrior assault course. Weather permitting, we may visit Otter Island.

Autumn is a fabulous time in the woods and we are bound to create nature art with acorns, conkers and autumnal leaves. With halloween round the corner we may well make spells in the mud kitchen and learn about ancient traditions that have inspired Halloween.

Your child will require a packed lunch, a separate snack and a water bottle. We may cook a small snack on the fire.

As with all our events, we will go ahead in all weathers except high winds and electrical storms. If we have to cancel we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
